Request for Work Session on planned interchange for Crystal Valley / I-25: September 11 or October 9

Executive Summary
Staff requests that Council favorably consider establishing a work session on either Tuesday September 11 or Tuesday October 9, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The agenda will cover several items, including: the status of the project including the current Capital Improvement Plan, alternatives and related infrastructure issues, design considerations (paired interchange concept, frontage road considerations), construction and development issues (railroad, Dawson Ridge status), and funding options explored to-date. A goal for the work session will be to have Council provide direction on moving the next steps forward on the project.
