Executive Summary
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide Castle Rock Water Commission with an update on the 2018 Rates and Fees Study (“the “2018 Study”) and the resulting proposed Utilities billing rates and system development fees (SDFs) for 2019. Attachments B & C were previously sent to the commission via email.
Proposed Motion
“I move to recommend to Town Council approval of the 2019 Rates and Fees as presented.”
