Executive Summary
The Ordinance was approved on first reading July 17, 2018 by a vote of 5-0.
Pursuant to Section 2.01.300 of the Castle Rock Municipal Code, the Town Council may authorize Douglas County to conduct the regular municipal election as a coordinated election. Accordingly, it is necessary to adopt an ordinance providing for the conduct of the regular election by Douglas County as part of the coordinated election on November 6, 2018.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the Ordinance as presented on second reading.
