Executive Summary
Jay Belk and David Braun of Cantril Investors, LLC are proposing the new construction of a duplex located at 105 N. Cantril Street. The applicants would like to build a new duplex consisting of two attached, single family residences with each unit measuring approximately 1,772 square feet with a shared detached garage off the existing alley. The property is located on a vacant lot on the west side of N. Cantril Street just north of First Street, also known as Lot 15A, Block 18, Craig and Gould’s Addition and consists of 0.14 acres.
