• Petitions reflecting the needs and desires of the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood have been submitted, and 96% of those questioned favor issuance of the license - 100% of businesses and 94% of residents. Representatives of the petition company will be present at the hearing to provide additional information requested by the Authority.

Staff recommends approval of the application for a New Hotel & Restaurant License.
