Executive Summary
At the June 5, 2018 Council meeting, staff was directed by Council to determine the availability of Council members to attend the July 3 Council meeting. Staff has learned that four Councilmembers would be available to attend. Staff has also evaluated the agenda items scheduled for the July 3 meeting and determined those items may be rescheduled to the July 17 Council meeting, if Council wishes to cancel the July 3 meeting.
Staff recommends canceling the July 3, 2018 Town Council Meeting.
