Executive Summary
The purpose of this memorandum is to request Council approval of a Resolution amending the Water Resources Strategic Master Plan (WRSMP) (see Attachment A).
For more information regarding the change, please see Council item “Ordinance Amending Chapter 4.04 of the Castle Rock Municipal Code Requiring the Dedication of Renewable Water Resources at the Time of Annexation” also presented at this meeting.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends amending the WRSMP as shown on Exhibit 1.
