Executive Summary

The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects.  In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).

 

Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future.  The Town’s Development Activity map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council.  Those applications can be found at:  CRgov.com/ <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>developmentactivity.

 

New Applications

Davey Daycare - Use by Special Review (USR18-0002 - Development Services has received a Use by Special Review application for a 39 person childcare facility with associated playground improvements.  The site is located at 399 N. Gilbert Street in the Craig and Gould Neighborhood.

 

Crystal Valley Ranch PDP (PA4) PDP18-0005 - Development Services has received a Major PD Amendment application to reduce the allowed density of PA4 by 52 units (from 290-238).  The Amendment is being processed in conjunction with the proposed Ridge Estates Annexation and Zoning for 52 units.

 

Riverwalk Common Sign Plan SDP18-0014 - Development Services has received an application for a Common Sign Plan to create an overall comprehensive design for all future signs to be located on the Riverwalk project site.  The application will be heard by the Design Review Board.

 

Wild Blue Yonder Site Development Amendment SDP18-0015 - Development Services has received an SDP amendment application to modify the previously approved Site Development Plan architectural elevations with newly proposed materials, light fixtures and fencing.
