Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s Development Activity map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/ <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>developmentactivity.
New Applications
Lanterns Site Development Plan (SDP17-0044): A revised SDP has been submitted for the Lanterns Development to account for unmapped floodways within the 848 acre site. The Lanterns maintains the existing entitlement of 1200 single-family lots with 663 of the entitled lots designated as 55+ in age.
Meadows Town Center (SDP18-005): A Site Development Plan for a Mixed use project has been submitted for 3855 Ambrosia Street in Meadows Town Center. The proposal is for a 3 story building to allow for residential, office, retail, and restaurant uses with associated off-street and on-street parking located on a separate lot.
