Executive Summary
An application for Annexation and Zoning was published and approved on first reading on June 20, 2017 by a vote of 6-0. The second reading for the Annexation and Zoning applications along with the first and final reading of the Development Agreement were scheduled for public hearing on July 18, 2017, however, the applicant chose to table the items in order to settle a site development matter.
The applicant is now requesting to proceed with the hearings for the Annexation, Zoning and Development Agreement and is requesting a hearing date of March 6, 2018.
Proposed Motion
I move to direct the Town Manager to schedule the second reading of the Annexation and Zoning along with the 1st and final reading of the Development Agreement for March 6, 2018.
