Executive Summary
The proposed Calvary Chapel Castle Rock site development plan was scheduled to be considered by Town Council on February 6, 2018, at public hearing. The site development plan hearing was noticed on the Town of Castle Rock’s website.
Based on staff review, Planning Commission, and public comments, the site development plan is being revised relative to detention facility access and landscaping.
Recommendations
On January 11, 2018, Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend approval to Town Council on the proposed Calvary Chapel Castle Rock site development plan asking staff to include additional information relating to landscaping and access for Town Council consideration. Upon review staff has determined that additional time will be required for the comprehensive review and revision of those elements. Staff recommends continuing the proposed site development plan until the date certain of March 20, 2018.
