SUMMARY
TARGET CORPORATION dba TARGET STORE T-1326 is applying for a New RETAIL 3.2% BEER OFF-PREMISE License; and has requested a Concurrent Review. Their application was sent to the State on NOVEMBER 17, 2017.

• Petitions reflecting the needs and desires of the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood have been submitted, and 100% of businesses and 89% of residents of those questioned favor issuance of the license. Representatives of the petition company will be present at the hearing to provide additional information requested by the Authority.

RECOMMEDATION
Staff recommends approval of the application for a New Retail 3.2% Beer Off-Premise License.
