Executive Summary
Due to the resignation of Dick Treich from the Water Commission, interviews were conducted on December 6 by the Castle Rock Water Director Mark Marlowe, Water Commission Chair Clark Hammelman, and Councilmember James Townsend to fill the vacancy.
The recommendation is to appoint Amy Blackwell to the Water Commission to fill the remainder of that term.
Proposed Motion
I move to appoint Amy Blackwell to the Water Commission to fill the vacancy with a term ending on May 31, 2018.
