Executive Summary
Attached is a Resolution appointing Louis A. Gresh to serve as the presiding Municipal Judge for the Town, and approving a Service Contract with Gresh.
The term of the appointment is two years, as required by Charter. The terms and conditions of the contract are unchanged from the previous contract.
Judge Gresh has served as Castle Rock’s Municipal Judge for 30 years.
