Executive Summary

On September 5, 2017, Town Council voted 6-0 to direct staff to bring a TIF Agreement for the 5^th Street Apartment Project to a future Council meeting.

Pursuant to Council direction, attached is the Resolution approving the Downtown Redevelopment Agreement.
