Executive Summary
The ordinance vacates a portion of the public alley located behind the existing Blue Nectar building. The vacation is necessary for the development of the Riverwalk project, however it has been determined that this portion of the alley is no longer needed for public use in any event. The Town has reserved an easement over the vacated area until such time as any existing utilities have been relocated by the developer.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the Ordinance as presented.
