Title
Quasi-Judicial Projects
Body
________________________________________________________________________________
Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s In Your Backyard map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/inyourbackyard <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>.
New Applications
Emerald Hills Site Development Plan Amendment (SDP): John Peters and Associates submitted a request for an SDP Amendment on a tract of land adjacent to and north of Emerald Drive, on behalf of the owner. The site is situated east of I-25 and south of Plum Creek Parkway. The amendment would modify the current approval for a 7 residential lot subdivision to a 4 residential lot subdivision. A neighborhood meeting was held on July 14, 2015 and the public hearings have not yet been scheduled.
