Executive Summary
Per the Charter, the Boards and Commissions Manual, and the Election Commission Regulations; the Election Commission shall elect a Chair and Vice Chair by the majority vote of the Commission. Terms for the Chair and Vice Chair will be one year ending on May 31.
In the absence of a Chair, the Vice Chair or the longest serving Commissioner will serve as Acting Chair to call for nominations. Charles Fletcher was previously appointed as Vice Chair so will serve as Chair to call for the vote.
