Executive Summary
On behalf of Town staff, I am pleased to submit the 2025 Budget to Town Council and the community. Based upon community feedback and your direction, the proposed budget continues to prioritize core functions including public safety, roads and water.
The 2025 Budget Message (Attachment A) outlines the Town’s overall financial condition; provides an overview of the 2025 Budget, including priorities and emerging issues; and includes information about the 2025-2029 Balanced Financial and Capital Improvement plans.
