Executive Summary
512 N Wilcox LLC has submitted an application to renovate the existing structure located at 512 N. Wilcox Street. The proposed project includes façade improvements and interior enhancements to the existing building. The property is located northeast of the intersection of N. Wilcox Street and Fifth Street within the Downtown Overlay District (DOD).
The SDP requires a public hearing before the Design Review Board (DRB) who shall review and make a decision upon the proposal, which includes a variance request for window or transparency at pedestrian level requirement of 35% to allow 32%.
