The Town of Castle Rock’s Town Attorney, Mike Hyman, will present to the Youth Commission the Rules of Order when conducting a Youth Commission meeting.
The purpose is for all members to have a basic understanding about how to effectively run meetings and learn how our own Town Council operates.
