Executive Summary
Interviews with residents who applied to serve on Town Boards and Commissions were held during the Special Council Meeting on May 8, 2018. The Town received 51 applications during this year’s recruiting period, and scheduled 63 interviews between 10 boards and commissions.
The Castle Rock Water Commission and Public Art Commission received a smaller proportion of applications, and opted to schedule alternate interview dates to accommodate a few applicants who were unavailable on May 8. These alternate interviews have not yet occurred, therefore recommendations for appointments to the Castle Rock Water Commission and the Public Art Commission will be presented at the June 5, 2018 Town Council meeting.
At the June 19, 2018 Council Meeting, additional recommendations for the Design Review Board appointments will be presented, based upon the appointments that are ratified on May 8 and June 5.
