Executive Summary
Attached is a Resolution appointing Louis A. Gresh to serve as the presiding Municipal Court Judge for the Town, and approving the Personal Services Contract with Judge Gresh.
The term of the appointment is two years, as required by Charter. The terms and conditions of the Contract are unchanged from the previous Contract which was recently amended to include compensation for the fourth court session each month.
Proposed Motion:
I move to approve the Resolution Appointing the Municipal Court Judge and Approving a Personal Services Contract.
