Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s In Your Backyard map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. New Applications
Site Development Plan (SDP) - Brooklyn Vet Clinic- The Town of Castle Rock received a proposal for a new veterinary clinic in Meadows F17 Area 4 Lot 6E, in the vicinity of Prairie Hawk and Fence Post Drives. The 8,247 square foot general practice veterinary clinic will include 7 exam rooms, a treatment center, a surgery suite, a dental clinic, and boarding facilities. The project will also include a day care facility and a fenced exterior exercise yard. The residential/non-residential interface regulations apply to this project.
