Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s In Your Backyard map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/inyourbackyard <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>.
New Applications
Promenade at Castle Rock, Planned Development Plan (PDP) Amendment No. 1: Promenade at Castle Rock submitted a request to consider a Minor Amendment to the Promenade Planned Development Plan (PDP). The addendum property is located between I-25 and Planning Area 1. This is a piece of property that was inadvertently left off the first PDP approval in March 2015. The request is to zone this piece of property PD and to include Business/Commercial uses on-site.
