Resolution: Designating The Public Place for Posting Notices Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(2)(c)

Executive Summary
The Town is required by statute to annually designate a posting place for all public notices.
Consistent with past practices, it is recommended the glass enclosed bulletin board on the south wall of the Town Hall atrium, adjacent to the west entrance of Town Hall, be designated as the official posting place for all public notices.
Proposed Motion
I move to approve a Resolution Designating The Public Place For Posting Notices Pursuant To C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(2)(C)
