Executive Summary
At this meeting, the Commission will review and discuss progress on ongoing items and upcoming priorities. This month’s updates will be brief due to dinner, but will include:
• The Commission has received an application for the Public Art Commission vacancy
• The holiday card art contest winner was recognized at the December 2 Town Council meeting
• The artist Christine Knapp has accepted the purchase price of 18,700 dollars for High Five; staff are executing the approved purchase
• Commissioners are encouraged to come prepared in January for confirming and planning 2025-2026 priorities
• Jay Egger, the Director of the Sturm Collaboration Campus, will also attend the January 2026 meeting to discuss a potential mural partnership
