Executive Summary
The purpose of this memorandum is to update Town Council on the 2018 rates and fees study
and seek direction on rates and fees for 2019. The annual study is critical to ensure the utility fully
re-evaluates cost of service and updates financial plans to ensure revenue requirements going into the future are based on the best available current information.
All other information is continued in the Staff Report.

“I move to direct staff to prepare the appropriate ordinances in accordance with the rates and fee recommendations presented.”
