Executive Summary

 

The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).

 

Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s In Your Backyard map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at:  CRgov.com/inyourbackyard <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>.

 

New Applications

 

The Promenade Block 3B Site Development Plan (SDP):  Embrey Partners, LTD and Norris Design have submitted the proposed SDP for 312 multi-family dwelling units, ranging in size from 995 square feet to 1,430 square feet.  This is the multi-family portion of Block 3B in the Promenade development.  The SDP also includes a clubhouse complex with a pool, a dog park, a dog wash, and a workshop. There will be two points of contact with Castlegate North Drive.  Public hearings have not been scheduled.  Construction is scheduled for late 2015.
