An Executive Session was held at the beginning of the July 5, 2022 regular Town Council meeting. The purpose of the Executive Session was as follows:
Executive Session: Discussion of the potential acquisition of four separate parcels of real property, to wit:
• The acquisition of a partially developed parcel generally located east of downtown
• The acquisition of an open space parcel located generally east of the incorporated boundaries of the Town
• The acquisition of an unincorporated open space parcel located generally within the south central area of the Town
• The acquisition of a site for a future Castle Rock fire station located generally in the mid-central to west part of Town (Wolfensberger Road - West Plum Creek Parkway)
If anyone believes that any substantial discussion of any matters not included in the motion to go into the Executive Session occurred during the Executive Session, or that any improper action occurred during the Executive Session in violation of the Open Meetings Law, I would ask that you state your concerns for the record.
