Executive Summary
The Town is required to formally identify those people who are authorized to sign on behalf of the Town for bank accounts. With the resignation of the Town Manager on April 3, 2015, the resolution requires updating.
Discussion
The Town needs to identify by name the individuals who are authorized to approve transactions with the bank accounts. As specified on this resolution, the new Town Manager is authorized to sign on accounts and authorize transactions.
