Secretary Agan will present possible involvement in the upcoming Starlighting event. The Youth Commission will discuss hosting a booth at the upcoming Starlighting event, on Saturday, November 21st from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at Historic Wilcox Square and Festival Park.
