Executive Summary
At the February 1, 2022 Town Council meeting an Ordinance (Attachment A) was approved making
some changes that will help streamline the bylaws for all Town Boards and Commissions.
Attachment B provides additional background information on the changes.
As a result of the new ordinance, Castle Rock Water Commission needs to update and approve new
bylaws to be consistent with the ordinance. A draft of the new bylaws is provided as Attachment C.
