Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s In Your Backyard map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/ <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>developmentactivity.com.
New Applications
Union Bistro, Downtown SDP Amendment -- DLH Architecture, on behalf of Union Bistro (3 North Wilcox Street), has submitted a Site Development Plan (SDP) Amendment for the addition new canopies over the front patio outdoor seating area. The proposal includes the addition of a small storage shed on the north side of the building. The proposal will be reviewed by the Town of Castle Rock’s Design Review Board and will include the required public hearing.
