Executive Summary
The Town of Castle Rock entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Parker Water and Sanitation District, Town of Parker, City of Castle Pines, City of Lone Tree and Douglas County last month to form a Recreation Authority to plan for potential recreational opportunities at Rueter-Hess Reservoir. That agreement allows for one representative from each municipality to serve on the Board of Directors. Staff is recommending that the Parks and Recreation Director serve as the Town’s representative.
Proposed Motion
I move to appoint the Parks and Recreation Director to the Reuter Hess Recreation IGA Authority Board as the representative.
