Title Update: Quasi-Judicial Projects

Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s Development Activity map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/ <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>developmentactivity.
New Applications
407 N. Lewis Street Site Development Plan - The property owner at 407 N. Lewis Street has submitted a Site Development Plan for Façade Improvements that will add more materials to improve the architectural character of the building. The SDP requires Design Review Board approval. The project is located within Councilman Brower’s District.
Crystal Valley Ranch Filing 15 Site Development Plan Amendment - Crystal Valley Recovery Acquisition has submitted an SDP to modify their existing approved landscape plan that was completed in 2016. There are no changes to the site configuration, density or open space approved with the original SDP.
