Executive Summary
The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners requested a joint meeting with Town Council to discuss items of mutual interest. They request a meeting on October 26, 2015 at 6pm to be held at the County Building located at 100 Third Street, Conference Rooms A&B.
The Partnership of Douglas County Governments hosts an annual Elected Officials Caucus. This year it will be held on November 12, 2015 at the PACE Center in Parker at 6pm.
Proposed Motion
“I move to call a Special Meeting for a Joint Meeting with the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners on October 26, 2015 at 6pm to be held at 100 Third Street, Conference Rooms A&B; and a Special Meeting on November 12, 2015 at 6pm for the Elected Officials Caucus to be held at the PACE Center in Parker.”
