Executive Summary
On January 10, Vice Chair Joyce Volp resigned from the Public Art Commission, citing a move to Arvada in February. Due to the resignation, the Commission should consider selecting and appointing a new Vice Chair to serve through the term end of May 31, 2020.
The responsibility of the Chair is to preside over meetings and expedite the business of the agenda. The Chair shall sign correspondence on behalf of the Commission and may call a special meeting or cancel a regular meeting. The Vice Chair shall be empowered with the same duties and authorities as the Chair in the absence of the Chair.
