An Executive Session was held at the conclusion of the February 6, 2024 regular Town Council meeting. The purpose of the Executive Session was as follows:
A conference with the Town Attorney, to be conducted in accordance with Section 24-6-402(4)(b), C.R.S., for the purpose of receiving legal advice on the rezoning application submitted to Douglas County by the JRW Family Limited Partnership for the proposed Pine Canyon development.
If anyone believes that any substantial discussion of any matters not included in the motion to go into the Executive Session occurred during the Executive Session, or that any improper action occurred during the Executive SessExeion in violation of the Open Meetings Law, I would ask that you state your concerns for the record.
