Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those attached to this memorandum (Attachment A).
Many of the attached projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future. The Town’s In Your Backyard map provides information on staff-reviewed applications and applications already approved by Town Council. Those applications can be found at: CRgov.com/ <http://www.crgov.com/inyourbackyard>developmentactivity.
New Applications
Citadel Station (Millers Landing)-Interchange Overlay (IO) Planned Development Plan
Project Number PDP16-0003 - The applicant’s representative, Norris Design, has submitted an application to rezone a 48.2 acre parcel located at the Northwest corner of I-25 and Plum Creek Parkway. The current zoning is I-2 (General Industrial) and is being proposed to be rezoned to IO (Interchange Overlay). The IO District was established by the Town as a traditional zone district that provides site design and other requirements to ensure quality development consistent with the Town Vision.
