Executive Summary
The Parks and Recreation Department will provide an update highlighting the Community Events Division’s performance, 2025 accomplishments, and 2026 priorities aligned with the department’s strategic plan and budget objectives.
Community Events Senior Supervisor Erika Alsobrook and Community Events Supervisor Logan Schechter will present an overview of current Community Events Division operations, recent event performance, and upcoming initiatives designed to expand community engagement opportunities throughout Castle Rock. The presentation will include updates on signature events, attendance trends, operational enhancements, sponsorship and partnership efforts, and strategies to continue delivering high quality community experiences.
The presentation will also highlight ongoing efforts to support community connection, enhance event programming, and evaluate future opportunities aligned with resident interests and Town goals.
