Executive Summary
The purpose and intent of this report is to provide Town Council with a summary of quasi-judicial projects. In order to provide all parties with due process under law, decision makers must be fair and impartial when considering quasi-judicial applications such as those included in this memorandum. Many of these projects do not have public hearing dates yet, but Town Council could be asked to consider them in the future.
New Applications
Pine Canyon PDP
JRW Family Limited Partnership LLLP submitted for a new Planned Development Plan for Pine Canyon. The applicant is proposing a maximum of 1,800 mixed residential units, to include single family and multifamily, as well as commercial uses to include a hotel/resort with up to approximately 225 rooms, and other business and industrial uses on a 535 acre site. The proposed project is located on both the east and west sides of I-25, west of Founders Parkway. This project is next to Mayor Pro Tem Cavey’s, Councilmember Davis’ and Councilmember Bracken’s district.
