The Council Community Grant Program is funded by monies from the General Fund.  Council Community Grant Program funds are for specific nonprofit organizations for community based projects. Applications may be submitted on an as-needed basis and will be reviewed quarterly.

Eligible project areas for CCGP include projects which contribute to Castle Rock’s “quality of life” with special emphasis on:

                     youth programs and activities

                     senior programs and activities

community based environmental and sustainability programs and activities

community based performing and visual arts programs and activities

Applications not approved in the previous quarter would still be subject to approval upon resubmission by the applicant if the request remains valid upon the next quarterly review.

A list of organizations and the amounts awarded for the 2015-2017 Council Community Grant Program are presented in (Attachment B).
