Executive Summary
Pursuant to Town Council direction last year, staff has prepared the attached ordinance making changes to the Town Code governing Town Boards and Commissions (Boards).
First Reading of this Ordinance was presented to Town Council at the January 20 meeting, and staff took direction for further changes on second reading.
Staff will make a presentation and provide information to Town Council of the changes incorporated as directed.
