Executive Summary
April is Water Conservation Month, and coincides with Earth Month. In celebration and to create awareness, the Town of Castle Rock proclaims (Attachment A) April as Water Conservation Month and encourages residents to take action for a sustainable water future. The goal for Castle Rock Water is to reduce gallons per capita daily (GPCD) from our current average of 118 GPCD to 100 GPCD by 2050.
